Getting started

Use the My RailCRC link in the left sidebar to always bring you back to your starting page. Here you'll find a list of your projects as well as your personal profile.

Please take a moment to ensure your profile details are up to date. You can easily edit them right here online.

Project Reporting

The Project Reporting system provides an online form that allows project leaders to build reports as needed. PDF versions of the report can be produced at any time and emailed to collegaues for review.

The current report for each project is available for editing by Project :Leaders.

Project Report preparation begins from the Project page. A link to the Report Builder is available on each Project page.

Managing Project Information

The basic information about a Project, including its Details document, Milestones, and other information is managed by editing the Project record. This is performed by CRC admin staff only, on instructions from the Research Director.

Publications

Each Project produces a range of publication materials, from refereed journal articles to workshop presentations and more. The materials can be registered in the Publications Repository. Where an electronic original is available, the file can be attached to the Repository record.

The [Publications Repository] block in the left sidebar provides an overview of Publications in the repository, and the [Dropbox] provides an online form to create a new record.

CRC Reporting

Depending on your role with the CRC. there are various views of Project Quarterly Reports under the [CRC Reporting] menu.
